VerifiedThe product I ordered was a friction pad set for a caravan and it needed to be an original AL-KO part, A genuine and valid part was received which is great. The part was dispatched via Royal Mail and arrived in 3 working days. The minimum delivery charge was expensive in comparison to some other suppliers I have used. However the item received was as specified and I will almost certainly use Leisureshopedirect again and recommend to others.
