The item was replaced immediately without quibble and faulty item was collected at the same time. Very efficient handling of the whole process by Amy in their office who kept me continually informed regarding delivery of the replacement item.
I have bought spare parts from this company over the last few years and have always found them very helpful in identifying the correct parts required.
All in all an excellent company to do business with and would highly recommend them.
