You can email any queries; however, invariably customers want a response whilst "on the job" rather than having to wait for a response & then "get back onto" the job. Otherwise good.

Although the item I bought said it was brand new, I could tell some one had bought it previously to and fitted it then sent it back as you could see the marks of the previous installation on the item, no complaints though as it worked for me but worried me slightly incase they did the switcheroo by sending the company back a faulty one, just a little observation on my part.
