Read this review on TrustpilotExcellent customer service. I had a problem with a Thetford C200 cassette which I'd purchased in May of this year. I described the problem by email on the Tuesday to Karen at Leisureshopdirect whom referred it to Thetford. Thetford offered to replace it under warranty and I received the replacement cassette from Leisureshopdirect on the Thursday. It doesn't get any better than that.
