If at first....

Well,sadly,I received the wrong item twice,and not being able to ring them is a pain! ( not sure the reason why,seems strange...) but....in their favour,their delivery time was spot on,and email response was almost as good as a phone call,so well done. Also,what didnt help,was there was no label on the part bag,though it was a genuine ( I hope...) part.
All in all,a good company to deal with,and I will use again.
