I ordered and it arrived the next day . I unpacked it immediately , Well, What can I say, It was outstanding. I had already got a 15kg gas bottle from Marketplace and been to swap for a full one. It was so very easy to install , connect and ignite. The heat it delivers is something else, I had all the doors and windows open , and it was on full power for 4 hours as instructed , my property was like Dubai , hot hot hot. To say I’m impressed is an understatement . This heater is one of the best items I have EVER bought. I do not have any electric heating on any more, because it heats the whole property. Buy one , You will not regret it. Leisure Shop Direct. 101%.

There were exact directions, on the description of the item, on how to measure the length. Also, the type of attachment to the window (slide on) and the frame were clearly shown in the photo and also in description. It arrived very timely manner! Impressed with the shipping time.
