Read this review on TrustpilotVerifiedExcellent service via email (can not phone them) quick response, as I’d been advised the item ordered had been sent (but no tracking number for PO) and should be with me in 3 days, it didn’t turn up, so contacted them by email. Quick response and another one was sent, this time with a tracking number. Day later had email from PO saying parcel on its way. Delivered today, a week and one day from ordering.

Unresponsive to emails, telephoning results in calls being referred to chat box which does not exist on website. Order shipped to Spain stuck in customs and tracking is absent and no response to emails to them and their delivery company SEUR to find out where the parcel is as it has not been delivered. EVENTUALLY TRACKING INFORMATION PROVIDED AND GOODS DELIVERED 29 JAN. THIS RATING WAS GIVEN BECAUSE EMAILS WENT UNANSWERED. NOW SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING AND UPRATED EXPERIENCE
