Sports fans should start thinking about their caravan refrigeration ahead of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

The Camping and Caravanning Club has announced that it has now added a third site to its stock ahead of the event, which is now just 392 days away.

CaravanTimes.co.uk reported that the latest fields secured for the Games are at Westland, in the London Borough of Havering, close to Romford Train Station.

There is enough space for 430 pitches while showers, toilets, catering and entertainment facilities will also be installed.

Paul Jones, membership services director of the club, told the source: "The demand for Olympic tickets has been incredible and now that successful applicants are discovering which events they'll be going to, I'm sure accommodation in and around the London area will be high on their list of priorities to organise and confirm."

Last week, a further 2.3 million tickets for the Games went on sale for ten days on a first-come, first-served basis.
