People in the market for Spinflo Caravan Cookers & Hobs may be interest to learn of an increase in first-time buyers.
Shropshire-based caravan dealership Salop Leisure has claimed that in the past year there has been a significant increase in the number of people buying touring caravans and motor homes for the first time, Shropshirelive.com reported.
Marketing manager at the firm Scott Higgins said that first time buyers come in all forms and include everyone from young families to retiring couples who want to take time to explore the British countryside.
Caravanning holidays are rapidly gaining popularity in Britain and according to figures from the Caravan Club, it contributed £400 million to the UK rural tourism industry in 2009.
The figure comprises of money spent on shopping, eating out, buying local produce and visiting attractions in the area.
It also revealed a rise of almost half a million in the number of nights spent in caravans over the same period.
