Families with Thetford caravan fridges should take advantage of the warm weather this weekend by taking a trip to Preston in Lancashire.
The Lancashire Evening Post suggested that as the roads are likely to be heaving, taking a holiday closer to home makes more sense.
Rita Whitlock, manager at the Preston Visitor Information Centre, told the newspaper that there is plenty of fun for the whole family in the town.
She suggested that people make a date in their diaries to go to the Easter egg rolling event in Avenham and Miller Parks.
"The Easter egg rolling has a strong tradition and people make a good day of it. Once they have rolled their eggs there is plenty more for them to do," Ms Whitlock told the source.
While in the area, VisitLancashire suggested that families consider a trip to Madame Tussaud's in Blackpool.
The attraction opened today (April 21st) and boast waxworks of Susan Boyle and Gok Wan.
