Caravan refrigeration customers will be delighted to hear that a
£15 million plan to redevelop a caravan park in Wales has been
approved.
According to the BBC, the Hafan Y Mor caravan park in Pwllheli
will benefit from a major redevelopment project approved by Gwynedd
council.
Some 209 spots static caravans will be built alongside 75
standard lodge pitches to create a "luxury caravan park".
A golf course and extension of a nearby coastal trail is also
included in the impressive ten-year plan.
Andrew Baker, manager of the site and also director of the
Tourism Partnership North Wales, told the news provider: "[This]
underlines the continuing and indeed growing confidence we have in
Hafan Y Mor and north Wales in general as a top tourist destination
where visitors can enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery in
Britain."
Mr Baker continued by saying that the news was a "big thing" for
Wales and that by the time the caravan park is complete it will be
"a five-star holiday destination".
